ACS-LCS was originally an asbestos consultancy (ACS) but they expanded their service to cover legionella risk assessment (LCS) and had simply bolted the new letters on the end of their old name. Just a few years later they ran into the same problem when they began developing a world-class laboratory service for the identification of all kinds of hazardous microscopic materials.
It was a confusing name which was also difficult to recall for customers so they needed our help to develop a strong brand strategy and a name which would tie their two main divisions together – the consultancy and the lab.
ACS-LCS provides the best service within their industry, fronted by a dynamic young team. There is an opportunity to stand out from the crowd and disrupt the marketplace with a brand that is braver and more interesting.
